Fast, Easy and Accurate Time & Attendance data capture using multiple technologies.

Employees can book on and off using a touch screen terminal or a PC connected to the Internet, a PDA or mobile phone.  Depending on your security requirements, this can also be linked to card readers or biometric devices such as a fingerprint reader to confirm the employees identification.

On the Fly time recording

If your employees are not pre-scheduled, TimeCap will allow the employees to create a job at the time of booking on.  When the employee books off at the end of the job, an accurate electronic timesheet is created ready for payroll processing.

Record staff breaks

TimeCap also allows your employees to record when they start and finish their breaks.  This provides an audit trail to assist in ensuring compliance with legislation.

By using the Work Monitor application, you can view, in real time, details of scheduled employees who have not booked on or are late for work.
