Work Monitor
The ability to monitor staff over many locations is critical for some organizations where up-to-the-minute information is vital. For others, the ability to make periodic checks on the deployment of staff is sufficient.
In either situation, Work Monitor has the ability to monitor employees and display those who are due to book on and to raise alerts highlighting late attendances.
Real-time Status Reporting
Work Monitor allows access to real time status reports from an Internet connected computer anywhere in the world. The data gathered by Work Monitor provides accurate time-sheet information which is then verified and passed over to payroll, billing and management reporting systems.
In addition, Work Monitor can be configured to receive messages from personnel in the field, including emergency and health & safety calls.
Cost Savings
Used in conjunction with Call Taker and TimeCap, Work Monitor will deliver substantial cost savings to any organisation that operates a call centre, communications or control room, that is required to monitor the attendance of employees at remote locations.
The availability and display of real-time information on the location and attendance of staff reduces call centre workload therefore allowing an increase in the volume of business without an associated increase in costs.
Flexibility
For those organisations that do not require to monitor the activities of their employees in real-time, the application will provide valuable attendance information as and when required.
This could include viewing performance against a planned schedule, or where employees are not pre-scheduled but book on and off for work. Either way, Work Monitor will provide the flexibility you need to control your day to day business.
