Call Taker

For organisations employing off-site personnel, the ability to monitor and track their movements at different locations is of particular  importance.

Our fully-automated time capture software, Call Taker, negates the need to employ staff to take calls manually – which can be very time consuming particularly at peak times.

 

Handles high call volumes effortlessly

Call Taker can handle a high volume of calls simultaneously whilst verifying, against the schedule, that the employee is at the right location at the right time.

Using a standard touchtone or mobile telephone, the employee is able to book on and off duty by entering a series of codes: his personal identification number (PIN) followed by the site identification number (SIN).

This information is transferred to the Work Monitor application which displays, in real time, which employees are scheduled to book on and those that have not or are late. If an employee fails to make contact, Work Monitor will raise an alert by visual display.  

Enhancements to the application will:

enable alerts by SMS or email to a designated supervisor who can then take the appropriate action.

enable location confirmation using CLI technology.
