Using data exchange and integration techniques, peoplehours can share information with other systems such as Human Resources, Payroll, Billing and Accounts packages. peoplehours can calculate the gross pay for each employee and the total invoice value or pass details of the hours worked to an external application which will then perform the calculations.
Information and data can be a two-way exchange
where a third party system is the originator of the information and
peoplehours is the receiver, or the other way, giving considerable flexibility.
In either case, the concept of ‘single entry’ of data is achieved –
only enter the same data once and share the information across many
systems.
